The introduction by one of our collective members draws on Desert among other works to examines the way people engage with horror in their own lives. Includes two chapters from the final work of the late Mark Fisher along with a review of that book by the always interesting horror philosopher Eugene Thacker - for those unfamiliar with Thacker's work, this article is a good entry point!
